Loan overview letter from Navient?

Has anyone heard of this and could point me in the right direction?

Im applying for a home loan and I have 3 private student loans in charge off status(still collecting interest too) and this is the only thing holding me back from purchasing. Apparently the account number assigned to the 3 private loans is the same account number as my federal loans. The underwriter sees this as defaulted on a federal loan. I explained to him that these were most definitely private loans and the reason they are charged off is because I cannot rehab these loans because they are private loans. He then asked for a "loan overview letter" showing that these are private loans and with that I would be approved shortly after he receives and verifys everything. I googled loan overview letter and found nothing, I logged into to Navients website and couldn't find anything about it.

What he needs is a document from Navient listing each loan by account number and giving details like the type of loan, amount owed, interest rate, and current status. If they don't have something like this on their website, just call and ask them for it.
