Good morning

i have a Wells Fargo Private Student Loan that was late prior to filing bankruptcy

October 2018, novemeber 2018, and December 2018

i field bankrupcy middle of janruary 2019

theh report on the last day of every month

I am also showing two more late payments Jan 2019, and feb 2019

i have tried disputing stating Jan and feb 2019 I was under the automatic stay and they should not report the lates for those two months

no go - anyone have any advice?

I understand student loans are not discharged in bankruptcy - I am now current on the loans (one of the main reasons for filing bankruptcy was so I could get working on my student loans)

Unfortunately, the late payments will stand until they age off.

however I don't think you read my entire question

i know the October November and December late payments will stay

I want the Jan and feb late payments to go away as I was covered under the automatic stay

thoughts?

update

did a dispute they CFPB copy of all bk notice scheduled and discharge

and copy of all three reports

theh removed the Jan/feb as I was in an active BK
