Desparately need a Sallie Mae contact Email or Mail

I have been trying to GW Sallie Mae for a while. I've sent letters with no response and I recently sent emails from 3 different email address but they were all returned undeliverable "because of security reasons".

I really need help cleaning this one up... PM me.

I could use that information as well. My wife was late on her sallie mae payment 6 years ago. Long story short 5 months late in a row. The $110 payment was split to cover 8 different loans. It now reports on her credit report that she was 30,60,90,120,and150 days late on 8 different loans. That's 40 late payments listed for 5 missed payments. These lates will start falling off in 1 year, but getting them removed earlier would be better. Any help would be appreciated.

That email address, advocate@salliemae.com is fine. Not all email addresses are verboten but often they are personal addresses and can't be posted. The key is not having a connection to an individual.

But all posted email addresses get looked at closely.

I am also hoping to find a sympathetic ear within the Sallie Mae Advocate Unit. I successfully completed rehabilitation of my student loans, and am now 10mos into regular, on-time payments with my new lender. While my SL default status has been removed from all three bureaus, and my new lender has posted PAA back to the original loan date, I still am stuck with the Sallie Mae late payments that sent my loans into default.

I am hoping that completing the rehabilitation, along with the continuing PAA of my loan, will help to get the Sallie Mae late payment marks removed.

If anyone could refer me to a good person at Sallie Mae to send my GW request too, I would very much appreciate it.

Good luck with Sallie Mae. They are a bunch of ___________ !!! (fill in your favorite curse word)

They refuse to do anything for me in reguards to my lates. They are also reporting me as derogatory still even after making my loan current and going through the federal rehab program.They were such a nightmare to me, the whole story is long and agravating... Atleast AES is being good to me for the last 13 months. Only like 9 more years to go, lol

Anywho, I'm trying to go through the Dept of Education and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. I will not give up easily, lol.

I sent an email to onlinehelp@salliemae.com. They requested my request be sent in writing, not via email. You can fax your signed request or mail it. Faxing is faster. The fax number is 800-848-1949. I send all my correspondence via fax. You should get an email , if you have a current account with them stating they received your written request.
