ONLY debt I have is student loan with US Dept of Ed. I pay as agreed each mo. I have paid 3 times the scheduled monthly payment amount EVERY month for over 3 years now...but...ALL 3 credit reporting agencies are reporting BOTH WAYS...."Paid As Agreed"...AND.."Discharged in BK-7"!! I have written over 25 letters to all three agencies...they will not correct. I wrote US Dept of Ed...18 times...they don't respond!! This is ruining my FICO score and trying to open business but can't get loan due to CRA's reporting wrong! HELP HELP!!
