You seem to be doing everything right! Very hard to say where the housing and loan market will be in three years. I know we are at historic lows over the last many years.
I agree and that's why I fear that eventually the rates will go up and the market will go to waste because it's been pretty good since the rebound from the housing market disaster around 2008.
