Audi FS Insight

Hey guys, 1st post long time lurker. I was here for the great SCT Hysteria of 2017 lol. I have an issue and I hope you guys can help.

I want to finance a CPO Audi but my scores are low because Wells Fargo screwed a lot of people. I had 2 loans thru Wells Fargo and come to find out they overcharged me on both and added some crazy backdoor fees. So in Dec I got a check from them for $7600 for "pain & suffering". I was included in a lawsuit, I was ecstatic to say the least. But here is the catch, they completely wiped my Credit history. So 9 years of positive car payments are gone and 27 points, so I have no auto history at all.

Now I want to get a $50k car and it's going to look like I never had a car before.

What can I do to look more attractive to Audi FS because I can't get in NFCU, DCU denied my membership today (weird ChexSystem), and PenFed and my local CU maybe too conservative.

My stats are:

FICO 8

EQ658 TU614 EX620

Fico 8 Auto

EQ661 TU599 EX613

Fico 9 Auto

EQ664 TU591 EX601

According to the 3B simulator my FICO8 should jump by 20points when my scores refresh in April (paid down a LOC). But will the Auto follow suit? And is the anticipated 678 good enough for Audi or PenFed for $50k vehicle?

@Anonymous if you could give any insight I'd greatly appreciate it.

Re: Audi FS Insight

I believe Audi uses your highest score.

Not having a car loan showing could be a  little bit of an issue.

CPO is a great idea.

Look at all of your scores and see if one is better than the others and see if there is a lender that uses it.

For example my 2 credit unions one uses EXP FICO mortgage the other EQ FICO Mortgage.

It's very empowering walking into a dealership with a pre-approval in your hands.

Re: Audi FS Insight

@Anonymous Thanks for the insight. The sad thing is NFCU uses my best score as of today, I just don't know anyone affiliated with them to get in.
