Auto Loan Shopping

I am in the market for an auto loan. Just checked my scores and I am good to go on that front. I'm wondering if anyone has advice on an efficient way to shop for a car loan.

Has anyone used the "get a loan" option here?

Has anyone used lending tree or similar services?

If so, were you happy, unhappy etc...?

Any advice is appreciated.

Re: Auto Loan Shopping

i would get the loan first. I know some companies like capital 1, some banks or credit union use blank check. The way that works is that they give you a loan amount and you can't write a check for more then that amount. So now when you go to the dealer, you just write a check for the total cost of the car.
