Judgements are 5-6 years ago.  Scores are in the low 700s.

No, not yet.  I am wondering if anyone has tried and gotten approved?

Re: Auto loan with unpaid judgements?

My wife was approved for $45K from Cap 1 with a 610 fico and an unpaid judgement at a 5% rate about a year ago.  The approval ran out, so we had to start again, because the first one incurred a hard pull and the second one did as well they increased the rate to 6.5% because of too many inquiries (their's was the only inquiry!) we declined the loan and are waiting for it to age off.

Re: Auto loan with unpaid judgements?

I got approved last year (score around 500; income in the $30-40k range) several, large active collections, but no judgments. You've got a good 200 points on my previous score. Active judgments or not, you'll likely be approved - but it may not be the prettiest of interest rates.
