BMWFS Question. WIll I be Approved?

Even though this is an older thread, but for those looking to lease with BMWFS. Instead of putting the $7k as cap cost reduction (down payment) on the lease, consider putting that money into MSD (Multiple Security Deposits) which will lower your Money Factor on the lease, lowering the payment and you get it back upon lease completion. (Assuming vehicle is in good condition etc.)
