When I was working at a RAM dealership a year ago 700+ was tier 1, we were often able to get tier bumps and could get a 660ish and above score to a tier 1 approval with a quick phone call, I do believe there was positive auto payment history that was part of the tier bump criteria. I am not sure if anything has changed due to the changes in the lending landscape over the last year.
