Credit card to pay off auto loan

Hello, I have a car that is probably worth $1500 - 2000.  I have a loan with the paid of balance to be $6300 with a 6.0% interest rate.  I really want to pay off this car.  Is it wise to use my credit cards to pay off the balance?

Unless the interest on your credit card is lower than 6% for a substantial amount of time, it doesn't make any financial sense at all to pay it off with a credit card.

If you have a 0% card, then it makes sense to use the 0% card to pay it off.  Otherwise, it won't make much sense...
