DCU feedback auto refinance.

So just got a message back from the loan app. Says denied due to. 

Credit too new to rate.
Excessive amount of unsecured debt.
Sufficient amount of unsecured debt with DCU.

Which is weird because on the phone they told me I was approved 7500 via an underwriter so maybe I have to call in.

Don't know why it says increase next to the visa.

Just looked at my account and a visa is listed with a 7500 credit line. Funny how I never accepted officially. Must've been denied for the credit line increase since I put 15k .

Looks like they just pulled my Transunion. Probably because when I applied I requested 15000 and they had said 7500 on the phone but at that time I hadnt even accepted the card or anything official oh well.  I'll call and see if I can recon that CLI since they did a HP for the app.
