Should I apply or wait? I am tired of waiting on this new car... need one asap

Loan amount?  Income?  DTI?  Getting a loan involves much more than your FICO and CLs.

Did your PenFed pre-qualifier include a rate? Also, what is your income. Did you provide that information to the lady at PenFed when she pre-qualified you? Your debt seems very low.
