Does anyone know why BOA skipped a auto payment?

I know, I know I should probably call them.

I just went to my online account to make my April payment and it shows my next payment being due May 16th and my last payment as March 15th. They totally skipped over the April payment. I did not for any typer of deferral and the account is only 6 mothd old with no lates.

Is this normal for them?

With it being a weekend and holiday, I doubt they missed the auto payment. I would bet they withdraw it on Monday or Tuesday. I have had a few contracts that state they will deduct the payment early if the payment date falls on a weekend or holiday.

Please let us know if it goes through in the next few days, and yes call them...
