Re: FICO version for auto lending

This is a hard answer to provide, it really depend's on the lender. It will depend on your region, among many other variables. Most of the captive lender's are using some form of Auto-enhanced Fico scores.. In my area WFDS uses TU Fico Auto 08, Commerce uses TU Fico Auto 04/or equifax in some cases)...Ally has been known to pull all three bureau's using the auto enhanced scores.

So as you can tell, it really depends. There is no set industry standard for a fico version in regard's to auto financing...some lender's don't even use Auto version's.

AMEX BCE ($39,500) CITI AAdvantage ($20,500) Region's Platinum Card ($14,400) Discover IT ($23,000) Macy's ($7,000) Chase FU ($10,000) Barclay's Aviator ($22,000) TU:778 EX: 781 EQ:791
