GM Financial not reporting since December 2019??

Has anyone had issues with GM Financial not reporting your car payments in 2020? They stopped reporting mine as of December 2019 about the time I actually started making payments on time. ????

You say 'started making payments on time' - that wording suggests that you might have not been making the required payments before? Is that right?

If so, are you sure the account wasn't charged off?

This seems to be something a call to the creditor would resolve.

Was paying late here and there during 2019, but got it all on track from then on is what I meant. I'm definitely still paying the car note and haven't stopped!
