OP, you mentioned that you "paid off and closed" your credit cards. Do you really mean you closed all of your credit card accounts - or just paid off.
If you closed all your credit card accounts, see which ones you can open back up. It's a problem if you have no open accounts.
Do you have any installment accounts other than student loans?
