No co-signer.
I am just declined by a local credit union, saying I have too short history and income low.
I ask for a personnal loan from DISCOVER, but the interest rate is up to 14%.
Where can I get auto loan with modest rate?
I will take even 7% something.
Really don't want to take the DISCOVER rate.
