To buy a car in south florida is hard. They dealer always said (internet price is =cash)
I know i can apply with DCU or Penfed and get approve. Im not worry about the approval. Im worry about the price of the car. How to approuch them?
If you come in with outside financing (from DCU or Penfed or whatever CU you have) that is the same as cash.
Look at the stickies at the top of the page - there are some tips on vehicle negotiating
I just purchased a 2015 Tahoe LT that had a 42k price but ended up paying 36k flat once it's all said and done.
I personally don't like Chevy, but my husband is crazy with CB radios and I know in the future he will use this car for that lol..enjoy your ride..

Where in South Florida are you? I bougt a car in Stuart last year at Wallace CJDR. Much better to deal with than theclowns further south. They have Chevy too.
Car salesman here - look up the car you want to buy before hand. There's a chance you can find one that's lower milage or possibly lower price for one that's comparable to what you're looking at. Duke it out with prices, see who will give you the best deal. It's not uncommon for a dealership to actually take a loss on a car if it's been there awhile, so just try to keep pushing back for the best price. That extra negotiating could potentially save you hundreds, possibly over a thousand dollars. I've even seen people haggle prices down a few thousand. All depends on what the dealership has into the car and if they're desperate to get it sold.
I have been haggling on a used or CPO 2016 Ford Explorer Limited for the past 2 weeks to no avail. Most of the dealerships I've contacted don't even seem to be interested in negotiating. Maybe it's the truck itself??
