In the middle/end of my rebuild, and last year, I had someone co-sign my auto lease. I have 2 years left on the lease. Excellent IR bc of the co-signer.
Questions are is there a difference with individual and joint??? I make all the payments, and I understand if something goes wrong, both of our credit will be affected.
Secondly, can the co-signer back out mid mid-lease and have it become individual for me without anything affected such as IR???
It doesn't really matter, I have the co-signer for anything I need, just curious if there's any options such as above and if so, any consequences to me since my credit scores lower.
