Is Chase finally doing Auto Refinancing ?

I just read a couple links dated this year in March that they have Chase Auto Refinance. This is new to me as before i know they only did regular loans not refinancing. Is this true ?

Yes, they are doing refinancing. You can even pre-qualify now, though I don't know if the tool is fully functional. It hasn't been there reliably for me. Sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not.

That would be awesome because i bank with them and Bank Of America was on my list, so i would rather be with Chase. It must be brand new because i dont see the option on the website.

Yeah, I don't know if it's because my previous loan was with them or I was part of some beta. They sent an email about refinancing. The link took me to a prequal tool on their site. I checked back a few times and it came and went. Currently it's not showing for me.

I've spoken to 2 chase employees over the phone 1 from customer service and the other was a bank teller, 1 said they do and the other said they dont idk I'm confused unless it's a brand new beta they are introducing.

Maybe they're in the process of adding refi but from what I see it's still not an option.

Their website states "Although Chase doesn't offer refinancing, we'll cover the steps below so you can see if it's the right choice for you"
