Is it worth it to refi for 1% less? Or, should I wait for something better?

By only having 1 credit card reporting a balance, you should get a few more points. I got a 5.9% loan with fico 8 scores around 650 though my auto enhanced score was 690 which was used for my approval. Went with Chase through dealer though Capital 1 approved at similar rate.

For <1%, I wouldn't bother. I'd try again in 6 months for better when I assume your scores will have improved more.
