Is there a Car Title loan to restablish credit

I was wondering does anyone offer a secured loan on car title.

I own my car free and clear. Is a 2005 Saturn Ion. Est.Value 9-10k

My bankruptcy was just discharged this past July, and I am trying to reestablish credit.

There are places that do, but most of them charge crazy high interest rates.

Have you tried a secured card or a secured personal loan (from the bank or credit union) or something like that?
