LTV restrictions

Hey guys!  Does anyone know of any credit unions or banks with more lenient LTV ratios?  Not sure if Im using that term correctly.  The highest rate that I have found is 130%.  I cant find anyone to refinance my car because I owe 159% so I would have to put $5000 down to refinance which I dont want to do.  Thanks for any help!!

You are not going to find a refi that goes that high on LTV as you are seriously underwater on your vehicle. I could be wrong but have never heard of a lender that will go to 160% LTV on a refi.

I think you should prepare yourself to paying down the loan in order to refi.

130% is about as liberal of LTV as I have seen through any CU.
