My credit union finances up to 115% of the LTV. They use NADA, do they use clean retail or clean trade in? I am in WA state.
Hard to say, especially since you don't have the name of the CU. In my experience, they typically use NADA Retail, using trade-in values doesn't make too much sense. Call them and I'm sure they'll be able to tell you either way.
