I've received a few personal messages about specifics for my approval.
I did everything with COAF even provided them with POI. This by far the easiest car purchase I have ever done. I talked to the Sales Rep once or twice and got a text about approval within a couple of hours. COAF did a soft pull to get my intial pre-approval. Once I arrived at the dealership, I only filled out paperwork including credit app (although credit had already been pulled earlier that day) and provided DL and proof of insurance coverage. See below for specific credit at the time of pull.
