Refinance & travel

Hey people, my scores range from 660-690. I'm gardening right now for at least 6 months, I'm trying to refinance my car to a way lower apr ( 16% right now) I'm also trying to get into amex, platinum card and citi costco card. What is a refinance rate I should aim towards and would it be good to use my wife as a co signer as her scores are from 690-710.

I would hold off on the credit cards. Do the refi first. Do you have any banks or cu in mind?

Nfcu or front wave, I would use my bank(usaa) but when I first got the car they only offered me 9k with 18%.

I would look also at DCU or Penfed. Front wave does look like they have better rates than NFCU.
