Hi OP and welcome to the forum. If order to get some suggestion as to what you may want to do you're going to have to provide a lot more information.
What is your credit score, what year, make, and model are you trying to refinance. What is your balance, how long have you had the vehicle, mileage? There are lots of things that can be the deciding factor as to when or if you can get refinanced.
