Its great that you have all of your service records. Definately contact a lawyer on Tuesday.. You may be able to get the dealership to pay the lawyer fees incurred.

I think I was 6 years old, so I remember very little.
It varies from state to state. He lives in and purchased the vehicle in Washington state. It was back in the 90's when the Korean cars were having major issues. He was in and out of the dealer for repairs. Just before the vehicle was out of the lemon period 3xxxxx miles. He drove the vehicle to Connecticut and appeared in a hearing for the vehicle. He said it was a very easy process because the Korean cars were having so many issues, and was on his way to the east coast anyways, so just appeared over there.
It may be a bit harder to lemon a ford, but numbers can't lie. A lawyer is a good idea, but you can do some basic research online before hand.
