Wanted to give a +1 to NMAC for a recent letter I got... Seems that since I switched to pushing payments from my checking account, I messed up the account number... This was six months ago.
I never noticed, because they were always credited on-time.
Today, I got a letter informing me that I really need to update the account number. I wouldn't classify this as "rediculously awesome customer service," but I would put it under the category of integrity... They could have easly "lost" the payments and triggered some late fees, etc.
Anyway, +1 to NMAC.
I think that deserves a WOW too!
It seems like we hear/see/read so many poor business practices that it is refreshing to see when a company does the right thing!
