So just to inform those of my situation, I am currently in the market for a certified pre owned car (2014 because it will yield the lowest APR for my credit).
Financing:
Capital One Blank Check (Max. 30,000 w/ LTV of 110%)
60 Month Loan
Uses NADA Clean Trade In to determine the maxium amount of the check.
*Pending" Pre Approved from the dealership, pending Credit Check.
DTI Ratio: Around 37%
Annual Income: Around $46000
CS: 618
The car I am looking at is the 2014 Toyota Corolla S Plus with 6031 miles on it. The price after taxes will bring me slightly over the LTV, however I will supplement the remainder out of pocket.
I've done my research and looked at the value and have decided the prices they are asking is within my budget. (Internet Listing 17, 757, gonna try to barter to 17,500)
Anything else I need to know or consider?
All help is alway appreciated.
