Cap1 is not going to approve you unless you have three open headlines. That could be the reason for your denial.
To respond to the other comments, 45k "fresh" out of BK is not unheard of. If you have had and successfully paid many similar loans in the past, have capacity to pay, and have little to no additional monies going out, you could very well qualify.
As some have stated, Ally is particularly BK friendly. Some have also stated success in lenders they burned in a BK. In some situations, they like to extend credit to you, as you may be barred from burning them in a future BK. This means they can garnish or levy any past due amounts if you were to default on them again, without the protection of bankruptcy. Best of luck. My advice is try to come in with at least 15% down payment.
