Thanks! And, yes, they will. It's called an internal refinance. Just got off the phone with them to see what sort of rate I'd get but, duh. I didn't even bother to ask which bureau they'll pull from. 4.59% is the best for 3 years. Gonna shop around before I pull the trigger.
