I am supposed to file on wednesday but i have been offered a part time job that starts monday. will i be able to take it without them dismissing because of it? someone please respond!!

From what I understand, the new job won't affect your six month look back for the income test.

I would suggest discussing it with your lawyer because every situation is different. You may still be under the income threshold working both jobs. I know there are also some different rules regarding part time income.

If you change your financial situation changes and the courts are not informed then they could recind the bankruptcy after discharge or force you into a 13.
