341 Meeting

Well my 341 Meeting is on Tuesday... I'm feeling kind of nervous, but I really don't think I should feel nervous.

How long after the 341 until I'm discharged?

Creditors have 60 days to object. If there are no issues the average time seems to be 61-75 days. YMMV

usually the creditors start objection when they recieve note that u filed . most likely no one will object after 341 meeting.

but can u share why u are afraid from objections?

I got through my 341 meeting, no one showed up, everything went well. Now to wait for my discharge. They said 90 days for a discharge...which I thought was weird.

I'm not afraid of objections, I was just nervous for the meeting in general, which ended up not being bad at all.
