5 months post bk 700+

CONGRATS to the OP!!!!!

I wish i was that lucky or found the same secret potion the OP has. I'm almost 3 years post bk7 and only a couple of my ficos are peeking above 700, my fico 8's and 9's are in the 680 - 690 range.

Im glad that you are excited OP, but the reality is that it isnt supposed to be this way and there is a VERY likey possibilty that the BK will appear again soon. BKs stay on your report for about 10 years. They dont just magically fall off after 5 months. Now, what you choose to do with that info while you have this limited window of opportunity.....

I've been tryna refinance with pen fed but right before I did the app literally within a 24 hour period a late payment updated (account was included in bk) and literally trashed my chances
