Hi Scupra, I am getting them on line. Right now I am getting a ton of comments that contradict. I'm almost ready to throw in the towel

It can seem impossible but there is an end, believe me. Just wanted to make sure you weren't relying on Credit Karma as their updates during a BK seem to be odd.

Re: AFTER FILING BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 7, TRADELINE CONFUSION

For instance I have every single bankruptcy tradeline on TransUnion has a zero balance and closed and included in bankruptcy and then it has the status of derogatory. I have been informed that the case status of derogatory is not allowed as the trade lines are already included in bankruptcy. TransUnion told me today to screw off that the derogatory status will stay. No derogatory status as described by Experian and Equifax to me has been told that can't be there. I don't know what to do about that. I need a lawyer and how about after filing bankruptcy I've got Capital One changing closed account 2 account closed by credit grantor. I have also been told that is the count is not closed by credit grantor or charged off prior to filing bankruptcy it can't be put into the tradeline after you file bankruptcy. I don't know what to do about this

Just know "closed by grantor" is not a derogatory mark, so put that on the back burner. Sometimes it just isn't worth fighting, ya know? Who really cares if it says "closed by grantor" as long as it has a $0 balance and shows IIB.

Have you pulled some FICO scores yet? I would be interested in seeing if your TU is lower than the others. My gut is telling me not to worry about the derog status as an "IIB account" is derog. anyway.. There is a lot of great minds here who are willing to help, it just takes patience and time though. One of my favorite credit related quotes is, "Rebuilding is a marathon, not a race"

Ok, so I don't think they are FICO scores. I don't remember which CRA's provide an actual FICO. I would highly suggest you look into obtaining some FICO scores.
