AU Amex gold card with including Amex in the bk

Anyone manged to get to be AU added by someone with Amex if you included them in the Amex ?

no issue getting a corporate card, but nope - haven't had success being added as an AU to a personal account

AMEX is one of the few lenders that will not allow someone to be an AU on a card if they are blacklisted by them.

Even if you request to add an AU, and do not provide the AUs SSN at the time, once the card arrives, AMEX requires DOB and SSN at activation. At that time, they will shut it down if they determine the AU is on their blacklist.

This is a long time policy of theirs and there is no way around it.

True, but not always in a straightforward fashion. Sometimes, they will require the company to guarantee it.

yes they even mailed me a card as an AU - as soon as I activated it they immediately deactivated it and send the card holder a letter basically saying I'd know why they won't allow me to be an AU on the account.....the corporate card - again no issues, that card works just fine

You will not be able to be an AU on a personal Amex cc period if you IIB them.

If you pay them back IN FULL, they won't except less, then you can be added as an AU, and after 5 yrs plus 1 month post your own BK DC, then you can apply for your own Amex cc.....if they have been paid back in full.
