Disputes have been sent in to the CRA's, but I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this.
For several years, I was an AU on my spouses credit card, and it was always on auto-pay up until we filed CH7. Our attorney told us to stop paying about a month before filing to avoid the whole preferential payment thing. On her report, it's listed as IIB with a zero balance, but on my report, it's listed that I was an AU, that it was 30 days late, and the acount was terminated. I believe it, too, should be listed as IIB on my report so it was included in the dispute letters to the CRA's. Anyone else experience this before?
