American Express denied CLI

Hi, not sure if this is better here or the credit card  forum but I figured I'd start here.

I filed Chapter 7 back in 2018 and have since gotten two American Express credit cards, which is great but the annoying part is they deny me for a CLI everytime because of the bankruptcy. What is confusing to me is that they seem to check Experian and every Experian reprot I check it doesn't have the bankruptcy listed, so I'm confused how they are deying it. Is there something i'm not seeing that they are? Any insight on this would be helpful.

Very common for Amex to deny CLI requests with a BK still on file. They can pull from any of the bureaus, and even if they only pulled EX and it isn't on there doesn't mean they don't have your account flagged for it internally.
