I am so thankful for all the support, encouragement, and wisdom shared on this board. However, I have to say I have to sift through SO MUCH to get to the stuff I can help others with or get advice for myself because Ch 7 and Ch 13 bankruptcies are so very different.
Maybe there doesn't need to be two separate bankruptcy boards. Maybe we could start a movement asking every poster to start their subject heading with Ch 7 or Ch 13 (when applicable)?
Filed Chapter 13 April 2012. Case successfully closed May 2017, about 1 month after 60th payment. FAKO scores on close date: TU 695 EQ 697. Received discharge July 11th - took forever! Real EX day of discharge 624.
