Apartment lease not included in ch.7 bk - discharge now what?

I am currently in an apartment lease which totally forgot to include on my bankruptcy chapter 7 I want out of the lease since its over 2k a month and want to move to a cheaper place, my lease is not over till July 09. I live in California I don't know if it would just be less complicated to ride out the lease till its over to to actually just leave now. I don't know what to do please help, my attorney is not much help or does not return my calls.

If you failed to include in BK and BK is now discharged, there is nothing you can do to get it included.  You are responsible for the terms and any reletting fees, etc.

You can attempt to negotiate a hardship termination of lease, explaining the BK and see what kind of deal you can work out.  Also, BK would not allow you to live in the apartment rent free.
