Ok so I filed for chapter 7 today and I'm freaking out I'm an auth user on my mom's capital one card and her discover since they show on my report they had to be listed on my filing my lawyer told me that sometimes they will close those accounts when they get notice I removed myself as an auth user on both today before the petition was filed is my mom at risk of now having those accounts closed because of this he said they will sometimes close them and Mark included in bankruptcy and I signed the paper work today and he will get the case number on Monday I'm freaking out that this is going to mess up my mom's credit anyone familiar with a situation like this
