Discharged Ch in Oct 2018. I had never been late on a single account when I filed, including lease. The lease was included in bk, but I have never been late on a payment and will finish the lease
They no longer report my payments to the credit bureaus.
Does anyone know what will happen when I turn in the lease? Will I be elligible for fininacing because they can verify the payment in full? Will it not matter because I have a BK ? It will be 19 monts after discharge when I have to turn it in
If you are rebuilding properly (have a few credit cards, keep utilization low, minimal inquiries and scores in the mid to upper 600s or better) along with stable employment, you'll have no trouble financing another car at a decent rate.
