I was just wondering if there are delays with discharge from Chapter 7 I am scheduled to be discharged on June 30 and I am hoping for no delay but with COVID you never know
First congrats on getting this far. Some states are having delays. Your beet bet is to call the court house. I know here in Arizona the delay is about a week.
I had about a two-month delay in my case...but I went to the clerk's office and nicely asked about the status and the clerk put in the discharge that day. The moral is that it doesn't hurt to ask (nicely) IMO and I wish I wouldn't went earlier than I did. Good luck, I hope you get your discharge today.
Thanks Well I indeed did get discharge today now I can look to rebuilding
Welcome @Anonymous and congrats!!!!!!!!

Pacer has a lot of links. Where exactly would I look on PACER for my discharge?
find your case in pacer and it should show you all your documents.

Once logged in, there will be a little status update bar. Should say how many days in the current status and either awaiting discharge or discharged depending on the day count down.
