LOL!!! I stopped reading there. Don't need your expert advice... or your congrats... or anything else you typed in that wall of text.
<mod snip> I share my experiences to let others know what I did to rebuild my credit so maybe it will help them in they are in a similar situation... not because I need a pat on the back.
Just a reminder... all posts and replies must conform to the myFICO FSR (Friendly, supportive, respectful) policy.
This is a public forum. At times we're not all going to agree, and that's both expected and encouraged. It is not an FSR issue to disagree with someone as long as it's done respectfully. When sharing your thoughts on a topic please remember there's a person(s) somewhere reading your responses.
As always, feel free to reach-out to me or any moderator/admin with questions or concerns.

Back on topic...
Scores are stable in the 660-680 range with the $10k Amex account in mid-May and the $8k Care Credit account a month ago being my final CC apps until 2023 when my reports are clear of the derogs.
Cruise control until then... going to pay down my balances (on my 0% WF Reflect) and see if I can crack 700s by the end of the year.
