BK Attorney in Utah

Hi all,

Was hoping you can help out.   I've got a good friend who is considering filing BK 7 or 13 (depending on the outcome of his means test) in the state of UTAH.   He currently lives in Salt Lake City.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good BK attorney there?

Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to mention any attorneys by name. However, tell your friend to check out Utah's state bar assoc or SLC, UT bar or equivalent and ask for a recommendation.
