Is it possible to file for bk chapt 13 while you have multiple rental properties and having retirement income? The properties are underwater like all everyone but I am renting at a loss and it's getting to be too much, especially with all the repairs that have to be done constantly. If you file, what happens to the properties? I have multiple liens on the homes as well. What would be my first step to see if I am elgible to file? Thanks.
