Re: BK VS REPO!

I am not sure how you got in this position within 3-4 of your BK but you did...

There are a lot of people working a lot harder and a lot more hours with a lot less.

You can pull yourself out of this hole with focus and hard choices.

I would get a weekend job and save up enough to sell the bike.

Once bike is gone you would have more money from PT job and more money from no bike payment.

Negotiate other debt without BK.  20% - 60% of balances is possible.

I would avoid another BK at all costs.

Rebuild started in 2014  -  $100k unsecured credit in 2017  -  $500k unsecured credit in 2024.

Re: BK VS REPO!

Bro you need another BK on your credit like you need you hole in your head....DON'T DO IT!    You can bounce back from a repo bike. Take the bike back after they sell it you'll just owe the difference a couple thousand bucks......set up payment arrangements to pay off the difference so that it will show as a closed debt on your credit report.  You don't want two BK's on your report you won't get approved for nothing

Re: BK VS REPO!

That's what I am thinking, right now I just need to choose the lesser of two evils really.
