BK closed acct status

I have a question concern BK accts that is reporting IIBK.  Should this acct state closed if it was IIBK that was dismissed? OC verified as reported correctly and has not  been closed.

Re: BK closed acct status

2Bfree,

First of all I'm going to assume that where you wrote "dismissed" you meant "discharged".

Next, all accts. IIB should state account closed with $0 balance due. If not feel free to dispute.

Re: BK closed acct status

Yes, I mean discharge, the accts is listed as bal 0 and activity description transfer/sold/paid and current status: charge off.  It is showing the Date of Major Delinquency was reported (EQ) 3/2007.  I do not know how that date is correct when I file BK 12/06 and Discharged 3/07.  Should the accts IIBK show the High Credit and Credit Limit?  My credit analysis states that My revolving accts. balance are too high in comparison w/ my credit limits (EQ). The balances on my bank card accts are too high in comparison w/ my credit limits (EQ).  Can I GW accts IIBK?  Another negative against me is There are too many late payments on my credit report (TU, EX AND EQ)

Thanks
